    **** ****** Paid upfront in cash ($1000) for math tutoring for two grade 10 students, she was unable to assist them and the problems she did assist with ****** ********* were wrong. She spent hours letting them work independently while being paid to support and work privately with them (the only students at the time) and waste their time on other activities such as watching grade school level geography videos. Other issues include having them surpervise other students at the park during their paid for learning time, not following through on commitments, not providing written or verbal assessment per payment and agreement, *** ************ ******* ** **** ** ***** *** ** ******* ** ******** *** ********* ** ******* When asked to discuss compromise for reimbursement of paid unused time (with two weeks advanced notice) Amanda put the owness on us for not allowing her access to the highschool classroom educator, who's name we provided her 1 month before tutoring started. The curriculum being reviewed is part of the ontario math curriculum. She was also *********** indicating she did not want any further emails from us despite the tone of our request being one of compromise.
