    I don't remember the date for the transaction but the cost was $423.75 plus $50.85 for alterations. I was called on July 19th 2023 for a fitting. We agreed on the date of purchase that she would fix the straps and let out the waist a bit. We were told that on the day of purchase it would be ready at the fitting to take home. When I came into the fitting I found that the straps were cut out of the dress and not reattached. Along with that there was holes in the dress in the skirt and at the top on the back. The lace was also pulled and quite a few spots and the button loop was broken. Lastly, the lace was sewed to the lining so now the dress fits fine while standing but I cannot sit down the in dress as if I do I will rip it. We ended up taking it home as we didn't want her to ruin the dress any more. She knew the holes were there and in order to fix them she was going to attach a piece of applique that didn't even match the dress. My dress is ruined and my wedding is in 1 month. I am beyond frustrated. Now I don't have a dress for the wedding. When we told her we were just going to take the dress home she got really ignorant with us and instead of a garment bag she wrapped it in a garbage bag/ plastic drycleaning bag.
