    I went to precision auto to have my power steering motor replaced around 18/Aug/ 2022. It was a coast just under 2500$.I've have lost all my steering less then 5 months later 7/Jan/2023. They will not cover the 1000$ to tow and replace the faulty part.

    Customer called in to say that he has lossed power steering again, he is assuming that it is the steering gear again. We have yet to look at vehicle.   If it is that again... then the part itself is covered by warranty and is out of the 90 day labour warranty.  We fixed the vehicles don't make the parts we install.  We did just had coverage covered for ****** for a wheel bearing recently that is was out of warranty for over 6 months.  Yes it is a bad situation but its a parts concern.  The part itself for this repair is 1600.00.  I spoke with ****** yesterday and I had reached out to my parts rep to see if there was something we could do for him since it was  a short period of time and was waiting for an answer.  I was in the process of trying to help him with labour coverage. And now I am responding to this.  Sorry its a bad situation
