    I received a Commuter Backpack for my birthday mid-september 2024 September from my husband and realized in early February 2025 that the seam at the base of one of the back straps is coming apart. I reached out to their customer service with my order detail and as many other have mentioned, they responded by saying they only have a 90 day guarantee on their products and I was offered a 15% refund. I accepted the refund and suggested that if others have complained that they re-evaluate the quality of their stitching, to which they responded with an "...As mentioned, unfortunately, this has passed our 90 day guarantee. We can offer you a 15% refund for this bag, or if you'd prefer, we can provide you with a 20% discount on your next purchase..." which felt very condesending as I had already accepted the initial refund offer. I will not be puchasing from tem again as I cannot continue to spend large amounts of money on their products if they only expect them to last for 90 days. Very disappointed as I have loved their products previously, but their customer services is lacking and they can't even back their own products.

    Poor quality zipper on crossbody bag. Have had it two months and cannot use anymore; zipper pops open. Widely overpriced product..and am unable to r3view it on their site. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

    Same issue as those that have posted below. My cross body bag purchased in the summer of 2023 zipper is no longer working. I contacted Poppy and Peonies and was told that 'wear and tear' on the bag likely caused the issue and was offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. At the cost of these bags, they should be lasting way longer then 1 year. I'm disappointed in the company and will not be purchasing again from them or recommending them to any friends. Small business or not, they need to be able to stand behind the quality of their bags and not blame faulty manufacturing on the consumer.

    Had a crossbody purse given me for my birthday at the end of June last year. Today the zipper broke. I contacted customer services and they offered me 20% of my next purchase. I won't be buying another! I personally think a quality purse should last more than a year. Very disappointed!!

    I purchased two of the *********************************************** Sidekick purses for myself and my daughter for our trip to ******. One in navy and the other in the ***** colour. I was very pleased with the look and I thought the quality. The mistake I made was putting our purchases away and not using them until our trip. The zipper on the navy purse is defective and opens in the middle when being used. The purse is still fairly new and has never been overfilled. I reached out to the company to enquire how they could assist me with no help. I was told they would not replace, refund or even repair my purchase. I would have been happy with a simple repair which i was prepared to pay for. The remedy offered was $17.00 off a new purse. I was not pleased or impressed with the aftercare follow up I received from this company. As a Canadian resident, I pride myself on supporting small Canadian businesses, especially those owned and operated by women. However, I will never do business with this company again. Please beware when purchasing from ***********************************************, they truly have poor customer service. They are dismissive and treat their customers poorly. If they stood behind the quality of their products, they would not have dismissed my complaint with such arrogance.

We offer a 90 day product guarantee on all of our items and we can see that your purchase was made in June of 2023 which unfortunately is well outside of our 90 day guarantee. We do not offer in house repairs but you may be able to bring this to a seamstress to have this repaired and we would be happy to offer you a 20% discount you can use towards any future purchase

    I will never purchase anything from them ever again.Not only did I have to cover the shipping costs to return the product which I was fine with but I also had to cover the cost of shipping costs to get it. Very disappointed. Will never support this company again
