      I had a cracked sink replaced by Publows. The materials came to $363 and I was charged $1100 in labour. There was a plumber and an apprentice. They were here 3 times and never stayed longer than an hour.

      I am sorry that you feel this way. This was not an "easy" and fast fix as you seemed to think, hence being there on 3 separate occasions. Our team always works in pairs with a plumber and an apprentice, that being said our first team left our Perth office and went to your home in ************ where they first troubleshooted and uninstalled the sink you had cracked. The uninstalled sink was not a regular shaped sink which means the sink replacement did not fit. This meant we had to come back with a special ordered sink. Our team then left our shop to then install the odd shaped sink. Once the sink is installed you have to wait 24 hours for the proxy to set. The next day our team then again went to your home after the 24 hours to reinstall the faucet and drain on the new sink.

      I am sorry you feel this was expensive. As you see on our labour price how much it is to pay our tradesmen.

      I am rejecting this response because: I'm to pay $1,100.00 in labour for not even 3 hours work.  I was Never given a quote.  

      I could have replaced the whole cabinet for that.  I feel totally taken advantage of.  I am a Senior on a pension...very difficult for me to pay.
