  We had our ridge vent shingles on our roof damaged by the wind storm on May 22nd 2022. Above the rest roofing came out at then end of May 2022 and temporarily repaired the roof. The installer told me it was just a temporary repair and recommended using ridge vent panels (4) to permanently repair the roof. I spoke to the admin at the Foster Street office who agreed to schedule the repair July 21st 2022 (Est) and agreed to charge their base rate plus cost of matching roof panels. It has almost been a year now and they have not completed the repair.
  
  I am concerned that the temporary repair will start to leak, it doesn't look very good. Can they please return and finish the job as agreed please.

  Hello

  There must have been a misunderstanding. We came to do the original repair which would protect from elements of weather etc. And recommended installing a new ridge vent in place which would be an entirely new job. This is not something we schedule in. And im sure to tell customers that we squeeze this type of work in between jobs when we can/if we can. We repaired the missing shingles and informed that in the future its recommended to do something further. I have never heard back from you, a call to the office would be more efficient, or stop in at 74 Foster Street and I would have added you to the repair list if we had time between jobs.

  I am rejecting this response because: I had stopped in twice at the office and spoke to the admin there. The last visit I had at the Foster office, it was agreed that the permanent repair would be completed at base rate plus materials, that was almost 1 year ago, are you telling me that you couldn't fit me in over the past 12 months? All I am asking for, is that above the rest roofing commits to finishing the repair as agreed before my roof starts to leak. This is very disappointing to say the least.

  regarding assigned ID 20327401, the owner just called me and will resolve the outstanding roof repair week. I would appreciate it if you would close this complaint indicating I am satisfied and do not wish this complaint to be on the business record.
