    Ordered a 3 month subscription for a gift, order # ******** was told for months that they were behind in orders. Then indicated that they were unable to fill orders. At that time I asked for a refund, no response. They then stated they were going to cease shipments until product arrived to fill, site now states, Site is temporarily unavailable.

    Paid for a 6 month subscription in December of 2022. The company is supposed to send a subscription box (book and other items) every month. They started having issues getting boxes delivered and emailed that there would be delays in fulfillment. Junes box was never delivered and a gift card was issued instead. In July I was charged for another 6month subscription and they changed their subscription service without notice afterwards to every other month. I requested a refund vs a gift card and they said they would turn the gift card into a refund on my account which NEVER HAPPENED!This week I received an email stating they are pausing all operations. That further information would be sent in September.Today I get an email saying I have so many reward points and I should go to their website to place an order.Ive emailed them for a full credit for the charge of $501.65 that was charged in July which no merchandise was ever sent to me. And Im also looking for the $85 that is owed for the box that was canceled and gift card was issued to my account that I cant use now since theyve stopped operations.The response I received was that they have paused operations and wont be replying to emails but to be patient that emails are being queued for when they decide to resume operations.They are crooks. They need to be reported for slimy business practices.
