    Our experience is almost identical to another review by a customer who had great difficulty and delay in getting their fully refundable $500. deposit on a new vehicle.Here is ours: Due to repeated delays from Peterborough Hyundais commitment to actual delivery dates, as well as to a death in our family we were offered a very appealing, lightly used, family-owned vehicle. Of course we accepted that alternate availability and we informed the Peterborough Hyundai salesperson (JT) of this ASAP, on June 12. He indicated the refund cheque would take 3-4 weeks. Today is July 27; there has been NO responses from anyone at Peterborough Hyundai in spite of multiple requests for same. And to date, still no refund ! Interesting thing is that my deposit involved an instantaneous couple of keystrokes, but their refund would be by cheque, in 3-4 weeks. What kind of operation is so primitive and non-existent with their business communications, lengthy response time, and to date, NO REFUND! Caveat emptor!
