    I am seeking a refund in the amount of $250 for course materials and education that was not received. The textbook I received was absolutely garbage; and was a very error filled ODF copy. And not a true textbook.Additional Educational materials were not provided.I asked about a refund one time; and was met with erroneous responses stating that I have been repeatedly asking for a refund, been disruptive in classes and that I have received multiple responses regarding a refund This is false I was then removed from the class and blocked on all forms of social media and email. It was suggested that the only reason Im asking for a refund is because of my financial situation, which is false.Faculty have been unresponsive and unhelpful. I have found this school to not be regulated.

    ****** was removed from our classroom due to disruptive behaviour and for swearing at myself and faculty.

    Our classroom is a zero tolerance space no deserves to be called named or sworn at. Also, after having students reach out to me asking if it was okay that they answered her repeated questions that were already answered by us, as they were feeling frustrated over this, I knew that this was no longer a space for learning and now had drama.

    ****** is not being given a refund. Our program was $650.00, she paid $250.00 as a deposit. With that deposit she had her space saved, received access to 50% of our lectures, and was sent half of our pdf text book, and ALL of our course material. ****** was told that to receive the rest she would have to pay the remaining $450.00

    She asked for more time due to financial difficulty which was fine, and then turned around and asked for a refund which we do not provide once material, and textbook have been received. She received everything she was told she would with her deposit. She has since been removed from our course for her language and behaviour.

    To add further here is ****** asking for more time for payments and us saying no problem, three days before she asked for a refund. I am providing this as she said I am lying about this statement and it is slander. 
    for the record Ive only discussed this with my instructor to be able to confirm she needs more time, and with ****** herself after her asked for a refund and making all of these claims.

    To further show her character, she lied and said I blocked her on social media, but if you see the screen shots she provided to you, it says at the bottom unblock death doula Randi, this is because she is the person who stopped our communication, not I.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    I have not blocked anyone on social media. I have not been given a refund.

    I had asked for a longer time to pay for a portion of the class, which was accepted; however I had decided that after multiple issues and lack of communication regarding textbooks; that I would rather withdraw from the class and request a refund.

     

    i asked one time, and was told that other students were complaining about me and that they wanted to remove me from the class anyway.

    this was not ever made aware that there were problems with me; and believe this only to be an excuse used by the business to deny my request for a refund, and to deflect it back onto me 

     

    as for the social media response; they arent searchable anymore; an indication that I have been blocked or banned from their pages

    Since responding to Kelseys complaint and her having access to my response, she is now emailing me with threats of dragging things out longer, and is trying to bully our business.

    ****** is also continuing to make false accusations that we have blocked her when I have provided screen shots proving this was her.
