    Signed contract May 2020 and gave425 dollar deposit. for storm door - still waiting ,would be great to get money back!

    Mike Osborne Home Renovations. June 2021 We signed a contract with Mr Osborne and we have paid Mr. Osborne a total of $15,600 for vinyl siding ,new back door and supply and install eight(8) north star windows. The siding and door work was completed but we were told we would have to wait 10 to 12 weeks aprox. for the window . Left messages on his Facebook and cell phone each following month, with written message from him assuring us that the windows were ordered the delay was the supplier Sept 2021 was the last time we left him a message. Its now Aug.1 2022 and we have not received any response in any form from him.

    Paid $1050.00 downpayment to have a door installed from room to patio on the 6th of April 2022, job was supposed to be done within 5 weeks. They haven't ordered the door nor answered or returned any of our calls.The receipt has no address, which we have realised only after a few months of no contact from company.

     The patio door in question was stated a MINIMUM 6 wks to be completed. the customer called and asked if she could delay as they had an architect coming and she would call back which she and her husband did a few weeks later and completely DENIED that conversation happened so we set a date for last Friday. I called and left a message that we were delayed and to call to set up a different date convenient to them. They did not. They have NOT been honest with their claims ie no contact as there have been calls back and forth. I had a feeling they were going to be a problem after the conversation that she lied about not having and received at least 2 calls today i just took off of voicemail at shortly after 8 when I got home. As the truth seems to be a problem for them I will be very happy to cancel this agreement and issue a refund within 15 days, they should be happy im not charging any fees to them for cancelling. I feel sorry for anyone doing any business with them, problem right from the start and am relieved to be done with them. A bank draft for 1050.00 will be sent out to them within 15 days. Thank You

    Better Business Bureau:
    I tried to call **** ******* on numerous occasions but he never called back. He did not call us to set up a day for installation. In fact, I called him the last Friday and he did not call back. However, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
