    Ordered a new heater online for our hot tub end of September 2021. Finally received it after approx 3 weeks. Installed it, stopped working in May/June 2022. Contacted The Hot Tub Superstore, and he had a couple suggestions to try. Called back, left messages, no response. Contacted them again Oct 3 2020 as we still hadn't hear back from them, and we were filling it up after having it empty for the summer. Told us it was under warranty, waited several more weeks, no longer under warranty. Even though we started the complaint in May/June, they're using the warranty date as the date that I contacted them again, which was still well before the date that we received the product the previous year. Won't purchase from them again, we are seniors and certainly can't afford to replace a heater every 8 months, when the original heater lasted 15+ years.
