    Membership was purchased for our then 5/6 year old son for martial arts - within mere weeks, the worldwide pandemic began and closures were happening all over (including at the gym). As everyone knows, the pandemic lasted for well beyond a year, and closures were quite extensive. We have just recently begun to see a decline, and comfortability in society with continuing regular daily life and activities. That being said, we paid an extensive amount for a membership, that we were only able to use for a few classes for our son. At this point, 3 years later, life has changed, interests have changed, schedules have changed, and now that closures are non-existent, we are unable to use the membership. I understand non-refundable policies, however in extenuating circumstances, like COVID, most businesses waive these policies or offer one-time courtesy due to circumstances beyond our control.
