    There’s a new company that is growing very quickly with locations in major malls.I have dealt with several of this companies locations, including Oshawa, Peterborough and Young’s point. None of the staff in any location know what is going on,who was doing what or solved any of the problems.
    They have horrible customer service. They do not answer the phone at any of their locations. They do not communicate with the customers.
    They opened a store in Peterborough with employees that were completely untrained. Currently the store has no phone number as they are not “open” yet, however they are making sales and promises. They cannot keep.
    Initially, I looked at the bike in Oshawa, but I wanted to take it for a ride before my purchase. The staff in Oshawa advised me if I went to Young’s point I could test drive the bike they were supposed to call and let them know. I took a day,went up to Young’s point and when I got there, I was not allowed to ride the bike.
    I ended up returning to Oshawa and purchasing the bike anyways
    Once I got the bike home, I took it for a ride the disc brakes squealed constantly very loud
    I tried to call people regarding the brakes once or twice. I got through to people, but no one ever returned my call.
    I finally took my bike into the new Peterborough location and dropped it off for service. The staff was brand new and had no idea how to do this despite the fact that he talked to the head office in Young’s point on the phone and told them about my bike.
    Two weeks later, I had heard nothing I finally went into the store, and it turns out my bike had been sitting there the whole time no one knew why it was there, and it had not been fixed.They finally took my bike up to Young’s point and then informed me I would have to pay for it to be repaired. They did end up waving this fee, I had to pick my bike up in Young’s point myself as it would be weeks before they got it back to Peterborough. The problem was not fixed. I give up.

    We bought an e bike from ************ and I just love it. We had a few bumps along the way but they fixed everything. This is my 3rd e-bike and I loved them all. It gives you freedom even more than a car. I just love these bikes and would recommend these for everyone. You will be surprised to find out how great they ate

    Horrible customer support services my ebike is under warranty and I can't get them to get any parts that I need for my ebike they have no ebike repair guy available to fix my ebike after claiming they did or I get told he isn't in the country. They don't call me back after claiming they will call back the next day. Very bad experience
