    My 2019 Tiguan has ****** kilometres and this week the front springs broke and the control arm bushings separated. I am an elderly woman, only driver, and use it for the occasional trip to airport and locally to do errands. It is used only on paved roads. When inquired with the dealership if this was normal they said no but wear and tear can make this happen. I was quite dissatisfied with the answer and asked to clarify if all VW owners can expect this. They directed me to complain with VW ******. I did this and they said their process was to go with the dealerships explanation. I recommend to all VW owners to ditch their VWs and go with a a manufacturer who provide a vehicle that will last over 79,00 km. This is totally unacceptable. I cannot even imagine any car lasting so few km with a single car driver.
