    Hello, thank you for taking the time to read about my problem.
    We purchased a used vehicle from Trent Valley Honda in Peterborough in February. There has been nothing but problems with this vehicle ever since.

    Initially, the vehicle was supposed to come with a set of snow tires. The snow tires that were given to us were so bald they were deemed unsafe for use by professionals. The salesman assured me they were fine, and "better than the tires on his car."

    There was also an issue with the radio not working. They assured us they would fix the problem with the radio. First, they had the incorrect part for the repair. Then, they new part they got did not fix the problem. They still assured me they would fix it.

    The engine light was on when we purchased the vehicle and when we brought it back to bring it to their attention, they told us to take it to a different dealership to get it diagnosed and fixed. We had to ask them to cover the cost of that bill. They basically paid for an oil change, and never actually fixed any problems.

    Since then, we have spent over $5000.00 on repairs for the vehicle. We have been trying to get in contact with the dealership for any kind of resolution to this problem. We have given them many opportunities to make this right and either take their share of responsibility for the repair, or offer us an acceptable trade in. The only offer they have made so far is to trade in the van for its current value, which would leave us with a large amount of money left from that loan, and then a new one on top of it.

    Currently, after many emails and phone calls, they are non-responsive. We are now at our wits end, as our vehicle still has issues. We either need help with the repairs or for an acceptable trade back.
