    I purchased a wedding dress from this boutique on December 1, 2023 and put down a 50% deposit and was told that my dress would arrive no later than July 5, 2024 and since that date I have been trying to get in contact with the owner of the store with phone calls emails and showing up at the store whether randomly or for an appointment. She has not returned my phone calls or showed up at scheduled appointment times which I booked online through her business website and have received confirmation for. Her emails are now bouncing back and I have yet to get in contact her regarding my wedding dress (for my wedding in September). I have now been forced to purchase a second dress for my wedding at a different store and still have not heard from the owner of Antoinettes regarding the first dress that I have paid her for in part. I have had other people try to contact her on my behalf and this has not worked either. I have contacted the designer of my company directly and they have assured me that they will be trying to get in touch with her as well but to my knowledge this has yet to happen as I have no heard back from them and they said they would phone me once they spoke to her. I am out now more money with having to buy a second dress and still dont even know where my first one is.
