    Simone was a pleasure to work with, and she answered all the questions I had, some she even answered before I had a chance to ask. She was very understanding and made me feel like I was being judged, for having loans/debt like the bank representatives do!

    Excellent service!!! I asked many questions and she patiently and thoroughly answered all questions. She even understood that I wanted to keep my oldest credit account open and active, so moved it to my expenses. I do want to get out of debt but I want a base of credit to stand on when I'm done and throwing away an account of over 10 years felt like a wrong move. She understood this explained both ways of that working and let me make my decision.
