    *** ********* ** regarding the purchase of 3 leather chairs. I paid $6098.61. My bill of sale says 3 Leather: 2000 Classic Blossom chairs were purchased. The chairs were to be made of entirely if leather, hence the high cost. The bill of sale even states leather. After 4 years, I have noticed that the outside panels have started to deteriorate (crack). This indicates the outside panels of all 3 chairs were not made from leather, rather faux leather. I contacted the owner, informed him of what was happening and asked that the chairs be fixed. I requested that the fake leather be replaced with real leather, as that is what I paid for. He responded saying he would call the company. When he called back, he stated that I would have to pay an extra $1200 for the chairs to be fixed. I told him that was unacceptable and that I believe this is to be *****. The owner hung up on me.
    We want our chairs to be fixed with real leather at the companies cost! I paid enough for them!

    Purchased a dark coloured coffee table and two end tables as based on the store floor sample to be used in a formal living room in Aug/22. Picked up set and discovered the expected relatively smooth wood table tops were very rustic uneven joined planks. Went into the store to explain the order was incorrect. The manager said he wanted to make us happy and would call the manufacturer on our behalf. There was no return call.
    Phoned the store to find out about the status of our complaint. There was to be a follow up with the original sales associate once she was back into the store. No phone call was received.
    Emailed the store detailing the event and requested full monetary compensation. No response.
    Went in person and was told by the store manager that the table surfaces could have a very wide range of surfaces as each was custom made. We were disappointed to find out after accepting delivery that the expected relatively smooth table tops could be so drastically different. If the sales associate would have disclosed this at the time of purchase, we would never have agreed to purchase. Interestingly, we never signed to purchase order, nor did the sales associate.
    We showed the manager a picture of the floor model to pictures of what was expected and what we received. Told by the manager that we were trying to "con" him, "back him into a corner" and legally we would lose if we took him to court. He said to bring one table in, then in the next breath, not to and he was "done." Told us we were rude when we were attempting to understand how there was such a drastic change from the floor model. Suggested the manufacturer might be able to grind down the surface but at a cost to us.
    The store did not disclose the information we needed to make an informed decision. There was nothing in the way of customer satisfaction or any acceptable solutions offered The manager basically wrote us off.
    We want our money back in full and the tables will be returned.
