    There was an error with my order and delivery. I reached out for assistance and a resolution. I was advised that I would receive a credit due to the circumstances and that someone would reach out to me. No one ever did, and then the company stopped responding all together. For months I have been reaching out, following up on receiving the credit I was advised I would be receiving. I finally got a response, that they are moving, and that was the reason for no response for months. I continued to follow up, only for them to finally respond that they are retracting their offer. They do not feel the need to uphold their promises, and have a complete lack of regard for customers and customer service. ***** ** *** ***** ********** ** *** **** **** ** ************** *** **** ************* ***** * ******** ********* ******* **** **** **** ******* ******* Horrible customer service.
