    ****** ******* the owner operator of the business doesn't have the skill set to deliver quality work. It is a prime example of all talk and no show. The job that he was hired to do was to repair a crack in the foundation. It was mid Dec 2024 and ****** stated in his quote the job would be completed by Christmas 2024. The job was not completed until March of 2025. ****** was unreliable with work hours . He was late everyday and on more than one occaision didn't show up. Each day it was a quessing game would he be late or not show up.When the job was taking longer than what the estimate stated his excuses were there were a lot of roots from the two massive trees on our property and even larger tree on our neighbors yard. Addressing the no shows and being late there was always an excuse it was never his fault it was something or someone that caused it, it was never his mis-management. On the side of the house where the work was being completed we had a garden that ran the entire length of the house with at least 100 mature hostas if not more. The hostas were not damaged they were removed, the hostas are gone. The concrete that ****** poured is two different colours, the slabs are not level and still allow water to flow towards the foundation has cracks and is not finished against the house. In one spot there is a crack. During the work he constantly told my grandmother that he was losing money on the job or would not be making anything hoping the reaction would be to give him more money. The position was firm your lack of putting together an accurate quote is not our issue. The cost to replace the hostas $4300 and the concrete has to be replaced. I would not recommend ****** or his company to anyone. Unprofessional and lacking skills would be the best way to describe ****** ******* owner operator of Strong Side Contracting
