    * ********* **** *** **** **** **** **** ******* ****** *** **** ** **** **** furniture damaged and then to be insulted. My furniture was severely damaged during transport to the point where it caused structural damage to the items. The owner of the company Travis B. takes no responsibility and instead said that my 1-2 year old furniture was in rough condition including water damage upon arrival. It’s very clear that the damage is from dragging and banging off walls. He also said that his movers stated that it’s hard for them to move large furniture up stairs which they did not, but also isn’t that the point of hiring movers? Instead I was met with a complaint about stairs and derogatory remarks about IKEA furniture. No care was taken to move my belongings and it’s been made clear that it’s due to the lack of respect for them due to where they were purchased from. My 65” flat screen TV also purchased in March of 2023 wasn’t even wrapped. I had to ask the movers to take special care of it, luckily it wasn’t damaged. In addition to this the owner only communicated with my boyfriend in the beginning stages which resulted in missing information being relayed. To be clear my boyfriend doesn’t live with me and was acting as an intermediary to secure a quote as he had used the company before. After the problem was brought to his attention Travis intentionally removed me from a thread to tell my boyfriend he “didn’t want to hurt my feelings”. None of this is feelings related, the facts are that my new all white furniture was damaged due to lack of care during the moving process by the movers. Not to mention despite being provided with an itemized list and only moving 4 mins up the street the amount charged was more than 26% higher than the price indication. The resolution? A $16 cheque and advised to glue some pieces back together.

    We appreciate all reviews and feedback whether received directly or indirectly. However, sharing inaccurate information, making false statements, and half truths, impacts the intended value of a review. Your partner recommended us and stated he was acting on your behalf, because of the service we provided him earlier this year and working relationship that was established. All policies and procedures were followed by your crew that have over 50 years of experience combined. The same can be said about our administrative and claim departments respectively. You were not overcharged and your claim was reviewed and resolved within three business days as indicated. We are not liable for pre-existing ware and or damage. Customer satisfaction is our priority. It is unfortunate that you were not satisfied with the service you received and post assistance that was offered. You were very kind to provide a generous gratuity to your crew, and we appreciate your feedback. We encourage you to call us at anytime if you feel necessary.

    The response to this review is false and inaccurate. The amount of experience the crew has is irrelevant. 1. I do not have a partner. My boyfriend negotiated a price with you and then made an introduction. 2. After the introduction you did not share any paperwork with me before or during the transaction. The paperwork you sent my boyfriend also did not have documents in it relating to the terms and conditions that you inserted before sending me after the fact. 3. The claim was not resolved within 3 days as we were not able to come to an agreement due to you not taking responsibility for the damages that were done by your crew. 4. As stated over and over again. The furniture was brand new and there wasn’t any existing wear and tare. Had you bothered to show up to review you would have known this. Stop making false statements. 5. I was over charged as you never mentioned travel time in your review. The crew also states that it took them an hour travel time which is not accurate. My home was 13 mins from your depot. 6. If i had time to check my furniture and I was aware of the damage that was done to my stuff than I never would have tipped.

    Items were missing and damaged while stored in their warehouse. Many boxes were full of mice. Items damaged during transport, management not responsive.
