    I have been using Photobook Canada for the past 14 years. They suddenly stopped updating their program "Photobook Designer" and decided they were only going to offer online books. Their online version does not give the flexibility and options Photobook Designer did. When I further investigated I was basically told to use what I've got and there weren't any plans to fix the bugs in their program. In addition, I've had issues with delivery, delivery fees, not to mention the price of shipping has increased significantly. The books are printed in Malaysia which is fine, but shipping a book to a family member in Malaysia was more expensive than shipping it back home to Canada. It just doesn't make sense! Their quality is good but super disappointed with their products at the moment.

    I have been buying from them from many years and had never had any issues. However, thye are now using ****** *******, and with my last order they charged me a different amount that was shown on the confirmation screen (just before sending to ******). I contacted them about it, but they refused to do anything about it. I will no longer be using them. This may have been a glitch but after getting the run around for >1 month and finally being told that this was normal, I will not be being.
    Buyer beware. Take a screenshot before paying!!!!!

    After retiring I decided to write children's books. So far I have four books finished, and three of them have been printed by Photobook. Photoboook Canada is the only printing company I would trust with my books. I have dealt with this company for many years, and I have made over a hundred books with them. I keep returning. because of the excellent product, the program to make the books, and the customer service.
    I cannot say enough about the manner in which this company deals with questions and problems. They are always willing to take the time to help, and in every case the suggestions solved the problem I was having.
    I generally get the photo wrapped books as the colours are so bright and vivid on the cover - it makes a great introduction to the book. Inside, the colours are just as vivid, and both photographs and illustrations (I am illustrating my. children's books) look really amazing.
    I have made books in the 8.5 x 11" size, plus all the other sizes from 8" x 8" up to 12" by 12". The only size I have not done is the portrait books. The extra large books are terrific to record our travels. * **** ******* ***** ** ****** ****** ******* ***** ******** ****** *** ******** ******* Making a photo book and sending it to Photobook Canada is the final touch on our trip to these places.
    I recommend Photobook Canada to beginners and experienced photo book authors alike; the program is easy to learn and use, and you can have a lot of fun with all the different adaptations you can make. Thanks again, Photobook Canada, for a terrific job on my children's books; number four will be on its way to you very shortly.

    I am extremely disappointed in this company! I bought a voucher for 10 calendars at 50% off (came to $77.), paid $85. in shipping and ** *** ****** ** ******, DHL charged me another $23. for customs!
    This Company called Photobook CANADA falsely identifies as a Canadian Company. This has been an educational experience for me! ****** ***** ***** ****** I will never order for the supposed Canadian Company again!

    Customer beware. Once a reliable business has outsourced their printing internationally and have hit their customers with what is perceived as hidden fees. **** *** ** ***** ***** ******* **** ********* ****** *** * ****** ****** FYI I ordered 8 postcards and paid an additional amount for quicker shipping. I than was informed I had to pay $25 for import duty fees. Yes, that’s right. For 8 postcards I paid an incredibly ridiculous $50. I tried to resolve this issue directly prior to leaving a review but they believe their practice of hiding shipping information in FAQ warrants their practice. When you pay for an order and it states the TOTAL that is the amount one agreed upon. **** **** **** **** ********

    ** *** ***** **** ******** **** *** **** *** **** ********** They are not Canadian and you will be charged duty and custom fees. When I called to speak to customer service, Aliya was very argumentative. She consistently cut me off when I tried to explain that their website should say "photobook Worldwide" not "Photobook Canada" because it lets its potential customers assume that they are supporting a Canadian company when really, they're not. Will not be ordering here again.
