    customer service line takes call and creates Case , and send you back to dealer for you to talk to them , when My complaint is that the dealer is not answering my calls ..so not sure what this creating case number makes a difference ..They dont have a Customer relations department to escalate for handling calls ..I am in NB my case no is ******** its about a dealer -- servicing a Toyota matrix in NB ************** ..i have to replace the same parts in 5 months with just 1300 kms after replaced the part ..and the customer service was terrible .. Hope ****** does not think money grows on tree ..
