    Our 2015 Jayco was repaired by **** Makort from Ottawa Valley RV after extensive water damage was sustained from the roof, walls, and flooring in the bedroom and kitchen area. In addition to providing daily updates in the form of photos and descriptions (full transparency) of his work and struggles, **** also shared weather-related updates. With his excellent and thorough knowledge, we quickly realized we had made the right choice to have our trailer repaired. We would like to acknowledge his attention to detail in the completion of all the repairs this past week. Having left the trailer in much better condition than when he arrived, we are very pleased with the outcome. The quality of his work along with his team is excellent, and he went above and beyond to help us, which is greatly appreciated. We strongly recommend his services and quality craftsmanship. He is a true professional who is easy to work with and has a great sense of humour. *** * ****
