    ***** ***** ****** ****** they describe an item and send you something different and make an excuse about it, wont refund your money or stand up to there description. also if an item is missing they wont refund or send the item. there packaging ***** ive had a lot of packages blown out the sides by time it gets to me and they wont do anything about that either

    Not sure why they would not put “shipping only - no pick up” in their main description of the auction. They are looking for people to not see that in the drop down menu at the bottom and charge people a $15 shipping and handling fee on the invoice after auctions have completed. After emailing and saying I was not aware of the shipping only auction, they said too bad and took my money from my account! Then did not even bother to ship my items.

    **** *** **** ****** *hey over estimate the cost of their "bullion surprise bags". states on website value between $250 and $1200. I bid 150, recieved a total amount of bars worth $30. Complained, they refused to reimburse me my money. only gave me credit.
    In addition, i purchase ******* cards from them that were totally fake, all of them.

    I won several bids for trading cards many at $1.
    There is an 18% fee. Ok
    But then also a $15 fee for your order and over charged shipping on top of that.
    Results are 300% more cost than my bids and to ship trading cards within 25kms of their business is an additional $22.50.     The business ***** ***** *** ********* ****** *** ****** *** ******* ******* no communication what so ever, and then they restarted the auction. some random account went on and increased almost all of the bids to extreme high prices while the auction was paused.
    it's unfair for those of us who won items already and out of sudden we lost.
    this is an auction not the stock market to be paused.
    I am not sure who or what that mysterious account!!!
