On Sep 27, 2024, I brought my ********* ***** to Toronto Auto Trust due to “Reduced Engine Power” warning. I was charged $500 for a repair. Within a week, the issue returned and I had to tow the car back. I was then told the entire engine needed replacement, costing $5,000, which I paid in cash. I am an **** driver and couldn't work during the long delay (almost 2 months).

After the engine was replaced, the car emitted smoke and warning lights reappeared. I was told it was "normal" but the problems worsened. I had to return repeatedly; the shop later said the engine had to be replaced again. That took over 5 months and I paid $200 more.

After the second replacement, same issues reoccurred. A ********* dealership confirmed in writing the engine was the problem. Despite this, the shop claimed it was the turbocharger and I paid another $500. Still, the problems remained.

On May 10, 2025, I returned for a refund. The owner said my car was off-site. * ****** ******* it was found behind the shop, and I had to pay $700 to get it back. The car wouldn’t start, doors didn’t open, and I had to tow it again.

This shop has caused over $6,900 in losses, months of lost income, $1,200 in oil costs* *** ******* ******* I request a full refund and investigation into this business
