  We had an exceptional experience with Summit Contractors from start to finish. With a tight timeline to complete our full home renovation, their team exceeded our expectations. The project included a complete overhaul of the main and second floors, featuring the renovation of three bathrooms, a powder room, new flooring throughout the house, intricate woodwork, wall removal, a brand-new kitchen with cabinetry, flooring, backsplash, and a fully capped and upgraded staircase with new railings. The entire house was also freshly painted, showcasing their excellent workmanship.
  The communication throughout the project was seamless. Arash, who managed the entire renovation, was incredibly responsive, attentive, and kept us updated every step of the way. While we lived at our cottage during the project, we were regularly informed of the progress remotely and appreciated the team’s ability to keep the site clean and organized. Whenever we stopped by to check on the work, it was evident that they were committed to quality and efficiency.
  One of the most impressive aspects was their ability to finish the project on time, allowing us to move back in before school started, as planned. Despite a few minor touch-ups required after we moved in, these were promptly addressed.
  Our only regret was not heeding Arash’s advice regarding the flooring quality—we realized its shortcomings after installation. However, this was entirely our decision. Additionally, after moving back, we noticed some cracks at the ceiling-wall joints, unrelated to the renovation, as they were pre-existing issues. Remarkably, Summit Contractors went above and beyond by taping and repainting the entire room at no extra charge to ensure our complete satisfaction.
  Overall, we are thrilled with the results and wholeheartedly recommend Summit Contractors to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused renovation company.

  We trusted the positive reviews we read about Summit Contractors & after meeting with the team Arash/Nima we decided to entrust them with the renovation of our 2 full bathrooms, powder room & kitchen backsplash. The renovation of the 2 full bathrooms consisted in removing the existing walls, relocating the plumbing, building new walls & floor to ceiling tiling. A new shower stall with glass enclosure was put in one bathroom & a free standing tub in the other. New floor tiles were put in both bathrooms as well as in the powder room. In the kitchen the existing backsplash was removed & replaced with newer tiles.
  Every aspect of the renovation was carried out by skilled tradesmen who showed care and diligence in their work. Throughout the project it was easy to communicate & discuss issues or concerns with Arash at any time. The renovations were completed early Jan 2024. We are extremely happy & satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and we would use Summit’s services again. We have confidence in recommending Summit Contractors.

  We recently completed a bathroom renovation with the help of Arash N. who is the Operation Manager at summit contractors. He was very quick to understand the vision we had for the project and made sure we were happy with the progress throughout. The various trades people he employed to do the plumbing, electrical work, painting, tiling ..etc were all conscientious and professional. The renovation was completed on time and the quality of work was excellent. We are pleased to recommend Arash and his team for your next project.

  We worked with Arash at Summit Contractors on the remodel of our master bath and powder room and had an incredible experience. So when it came time to renovate our kitchen it was a no brainer to go with them again!
  We contracted them to repaint our whole house, replace our kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and all the fixtures in the kitchen.
  We have worked with several other contractors throughout the years and Arash remains the best by far. He prices competitively and accurately with no surprises. His communication is top notch as well as advice. He’s always honest about the pros and cons of your potential choices and makes sure you’re fully informed on prices before you make any decision and will go to bat for you to ensure you get the most competitive price with the best work possible.
  Also we all know how long renovations can drag on but that’s simply not the case with Arash. He was 100% accurate with timelines and the renovation finished exactly when he said it would. And when I made any changes, he always accurately quoted how long they would extend the timeline by.
  All of the vendors that Summit employed were exceptionally professional and kind and the quality of their work is top notch. Special mention should be made of Arash’s cabinet maker and kitchen designer, **** at ****** Cabinets, who was an absolute dream to work with.
