      Absolutely horrible customer service. I bought a vanity and the sink is cracking from under the surface it’s clearly DEFECTIVE no one wants to replace it I purchased at ******* and they both keep stating there’s a 1yr warranty. A warranty is not for DEFECTIVE Products do not buy ANY of their products they don’t stand by their products they are junk and for a company that complaint dept hangs up on you who doesn’t have any morals values and ethics they discontinued the **** vanity and everyone who has seen the pics of my sink all state they have no idea how or why this happened. Magickwoods needs to replace my vanity and take this **** back and send to their Quality Department to find out where and how the materials they used broke down and why it’s cracking from inside out but they would rather sell **** and blame it on a 1yr warranty. ** *** *** ***** **** * *** ***** *** ****** *** **** ******** **** **** ***** *** * ****** *** *** **** ***** ** ***** ** ***** ***** ******* ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT ******** **** ******* ****** **** ******* ***** ********* ******** *** ******* ****** ***** ** ***** ********** *** ******* ** ** ** **** ** ********* **** *** *** **** ******* ** ******* ***** ******** *** *********
