    On November 8th we dropped off our ******* phone for a screen replacement at a place that lists themselves as an authorized ******* repair centre on their website and promised the phone would be ready same day. The repair centre offered a cash no tax discount and took significantly longer than promised as the technician broke another component in the phone and advised us that they’ll have to replace it for us and asked for extra money, we agreed to pay as we needed the phone back urgently. When we received the phone on November 21st we discovered that the front facing camera in the device no longer focused, which worked prior to repair. Upon contacting the repair centre the manager claimed that it has nothing to do with the glass and that the camera must have broken. They said they did not test the device before or after repair and wanted additional fees to repair the front facing camera and that there is no warranty on their work. Upon review we discovered this business falsely advertises as an authorized repair centre. They refused to provide receipt for the service and threatened to call police if we didn’t leave.
