    I contacted them regarding a brand new chair i've received. The screws aren't going in properly. I've contacted them once via email and i haven't heard back after over a week and attempted to contact them on their contact us page. It has been three hours since i've hit submit and it's still loading.
    I've attempted to chat with their customer service chat but no one has been available since 10am cst this morning. I will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund

    ***** ***** *** ********* I sent 3 emails and 1 ******** message about my brand new chair that doesn’t go up and down. About 3 weeks ago.
    The warranty can be as long as they want, it doesnt worth anything if they don’t bother to reply.
