      I don't know how this company is still running, they take deposits from you to be put on a waitlist but know they don't have any room for your children to be accept at that time. First off your not allowed to take deposits to be put on a waitlist.
      This company needs to be shut down and have a investigation done to find out where all this money is going from families.

      Worst customer service ever. I’m not talking about the individual location, I’m talking about the head office. The staff in the office are very nice. One of the most ruthless conversations I’ve had with a representative, wish I have asked her name (she’s some sort of manager). 0 empathy, 0 professionalism, 0 care, polar opposite to what you should be as a childcare giver/agency. They charged $2070 for daycare that we’ve never attended a single day. Don’t fall for the “non-refundable $250” trap, because if you end up not attending the daycare but somehow paid the deposit, your entire deposit is gone.

      bad experience. first they refused to give my son breakfast. then when i complained about not feeding him they kicked him out accusing me of ********* them. they also refuse to wash hands and dont wash the child hands when supposed to. very poor treatment of child and families who pay a lot of money to go there.
