They charged me tax on top of my initial down payment then they did not subtract the difference from the down payment. They tell you first that's it's a finance then they ask you to call your insurance and make a change form lease to own. When purchasing a vehicle on finance you don't receive a copy of the bill of sale until after you signed the contract. They charge you tax every month on your payments plus the interest is sky high. They don't give any grace periods and the moment you miss a payment they seize the car almost immediately. The person seizing the car doesn't identify as a bailiff. And will use force if neccessary. They won't give you a chance to catch up on missed payment they will charge you tax on top of the missed payment. They also don't tell you they are a car title sub prime private lender. They make so much mistakes in screwing you over that once it's too late to make right their mistakes they find themselves in small claims court having to repay back customers. The dealership they deal with also has vehicles which they mislead customers and only find out after the contract is signed. They are aggressive and when called out on their actions they either hang up cut you off and don't give you a chance to speak. Sub prime car title loan they will take your vehicle upon one missed payment. No explanation.

    AUTO LEASE ****** - ****** *******

-Vehicle was LEASED to lessee, ******* *****. Lease VS Finance has different structure of applying payments. There was no impression that this is finance contract. It is clearly explained in both agreement and verbal communications that it is lease contract.

-Lessee was never charged the so claim "double tax". Tax on initial down-payment is due at the end of the lease. He was not charged tax initially. He is unable to understand the application of lease payments.

-Vehicle was repossessed not because of missed payments, rather than request of lessee. It is considered voluntarily repossession as the lessee is unable to carry on with the lease. It was not terminated or repossessed due to one missed payment.

-Lessee has manipulated and mislead the facts on many occasions in the past and in this review.

-We work with many reputable licensed dealers that are registered with Ontario Motor Vehicle Council. OMVIC is governing body that ensures fair and standard procedures are exercised during sale of motor vehicle in Ontario by its registered dealers.

    -This case is being brought to Ontario Court by ******* ***** for the damages this individual has caused. Hearing was postponed **** *** ********** *** ***** ** ** ******** *** ******* **** ***** ******** ******** ** *** **** ** ********
