    ** *** ** ******** **** **** ******** My elderly mother was ******* for a Canada Greener Homes Grant rebate, of which Canada Energy Audit was part of. She was charged $735 for a home inspection by Canada Energy Audit months ago, and the proper paper work has not been filed with the government or ******** yet.
    I attempted to contact the company over a month ago. They do not answer their phones. I only received a reply from Hamed after posting a negative review online. He promised I'd have a response in 5 days and asked me to remove the review in the meantime (which I did). It's now been over a month without any resolution. I've attempted to contact them three additional times and all I am told is that "we are actively following up" or "amendments are required with the paperwork."
