      Two items arrived defective. Return requests were declined with no explanation.

      I ordered over $300 of ammo to get the free shipping according to their shipping policy. I made sure my address is a physical address (in a mid sized city, not rural or remote) for the courier and that I followed their shipping policy. The next day an email arrived with ************ poor grammar and asked for a shipping fee of $29.16 to cover "extra costs", **** ****** **** * ****. They wanted to charge it to my credit card, that had already been charged for the order. A phone call to Tenda revealed that the email actually did come from them and they consider Lethbridge, an easily accessible city of 100,000 population, to be remote and, therefore, requires an additional delivery charge because they need to switch to ********* from ***. He couldn't explain if the option of delivery to the ********* shipping centre in Lethbridge vs residential delivery would eliminate the extra fee as referenced in their poorly worded email.

      ***** ****** ******* ** * ***** **** * ** *** **** *****. After you have already paid for ordered item with credit card a few days later they email you a bogus note that you need to provide a PAL and your birth date for some bogus reason and that you need to e-transfer cash to them for the item that was already paid for by credit card.

      Here I am writing another negative review for Gotenda. It's bad enough what is happening in Canada with the current Fed Gov. I spent right around $50,500 at this store over the course of three months on guns and ammo, now I am forced to wait on their shipping process that adds a min one week the already long wait. I am currently waiting on an order from July 18th that I notified them of the release on Tuesday the 6th. I have not even received 25% of my orders to date. So yes I am excited to be able to shoot these while I still can, but Gotenda is not helping.
      It's like tenda is in leagues with the federal government slowing deliveries on purpose to help them gather them for the big round up and being radio silent to two emails.
      Last time they blamed their tardiness on black Friday sales. Man, I just want what I paid money to them months ago in a somewhat timely fashion. I feel sorry for this business that I need to write this about them.

      ******* I brought a jr carbine 9mm ammo combo. Gun perfect! When the free ammo came, its aluminum rounds that don’t fire in that gun only handgun! I haven’t got a restricted licence. Rung them told them, manager told me to sell it ! *** **** *** ******* No where does it say ammo doesn’t work in gun
