    ***** *** ********** ***** ** I had a membership with them and never used it..I had a family member under my account also and I cancelled my whole account in June and they continue to take money from me .I called again and they have the nerve to say I only canceled my account..I am very confused bcy family member is under MY ACCOUNT. They say my family member has to cancel too..this was never disclosed because why should I have to cancel separately if MY FAMILY MEMBER IS UNDER MY ACCOUNT. THEY SAY their account is separate..how? If I ADDED THEM UNDER MINES. ******* ********** ** * ********** ******* *** *** * **********

    Unfortunately, this is not a good gym to go to. You can expect the management to give you a hard time, and if you freeze your account, or need to move, they will hold onto the money they took for the months you didn't use the gym. They will do everything to avoid reimbursing you for monies owed. It is bad business. Even providing evidence to them for reasons of cancellation will do no good. You overpay for the facilities to boot.
    * ***** *** ********* **** ***. It is not worth the money or headache. If something happens to you, and you cannot go to the gym, they will indefinitely fight to keep your money and continue charging you. ***** ******** *** ********* *** ********. They care about your money and that's it.
