      Nick had been servicing my home *** ** *******  for the last 11 years. He’s been very helpful with keeping our systems in good order. I would recommend his services to anyone.

      We had emergency issues at my mothers with her heating and Nick came in right away and fixed it for us without any issue. He was very professional and understanding to our situation with the price being more than reasonable! We will be contacting Nick for any future furnace requirements

      Universal Heating & Cooling (Nick) installed a new furnace for me last July. The old furnace was in poor condition and stopped working, but he made a visit and was able to get it working temporarily last winter and was a huge help during one of the coldest winter days. When he later replaced the old furnace with the new one, he checked and cleaned the AC filter, checked the AC outside and then tested the furnace. Since it was summer, he let me know he would return in late fall to check if everything was working well with the furnace and if it needed more adjustments. He came in mid-November as promised and checked it thoroughly and he replaced the old coil connecting the furnace to the humidifier at no additional cost. He left no mess during his visits and he was very friendly. He's a very experienced tech who knows his trade and I highly recommend his services.

      We have used Universal Heating and Cooling for several years to carry out many tasks...installing air conditioners, furnace, humidifier and maintenance work. We have found Nik to be capable, reliable and honest. Would definitely call Nik again if the need arises.

      ** *** **** ********* ******* *** ******* ** ** * *** ******* *******. Nick never shows up when they said they would come on different days. They did a poor install. Clumsy work. They leave a mess for the owner. They did not make any correct measurements and force fit metal and tubing. You can see how its not correct and not fitting correct. I don't want them back or recommend them. **** ****** *** ** ********** *********
