    Placed an order, received an email that the order was cancelled. Asked for a refund responding directly to that email. Also sent two follow up emails asking for a refund. I have received no response and the company owes me $384.20
    ***** **** ********** * ******* **** ** ** ********* A lawyer would cost more than it's worth which I assume Swissmar is aware of.
    They have decided to ignore my emails, effectively ghosting me.

    It is an unfortunate complaint that certainly was not called
    for. Unfortunately, when the Consumer ordered there wasn’t any stock on April
    29th at 7:27pm. Once we checked and knew we wouldn’t be able to fill the order we cancelled it on May 1st at 11:07am. When we cancel,
    it automatically gets refunded to credit card or account from which it was paid. Keeping in mind that all transactions take approximately 24 hrs. to process
    through a site as well as refunded.

    When we received this customer first email May 1st @ 2:29pm there wasn’t an order number to go by and was very short and unexplanatory
    email as follows:

    “Are you
    planning on refunding me or is this the end of our business?” sign with
    name.

     We did try to find
    the name within our site but, was unsuccessful. Next email came in May 1st @8:40pm again with very little information and still no order number with
    message as follows:

    “‘Ghosting
    me will not solve this. Please respond”

    Again, started to search with no success. Final email came
    May 2nd 11:57am with an order number in the subject and the message
    that follows:

     “I am at a total loss why you have decided to
    not respond to my emails regarding this order. It has been cancelled; you have
    not issued a refund.

    This will
    be my last direct communication to you regarding this matter. With his name and
    order #.

    Finally, May 2nd @ 1:53d   I can look up the order and responded as
    follows:

    Good afternoon ****,

    I’m sorry, you never indicated an order number in your
    previous messages. I did however search by your name, and nothing came up for
    that unfortunately. We did cancel your order as we did not and still do not
    have stock as indicated. Money has been refunded at the time we cancelled the
    order as indicated on the slip below. 

    Sorry for your frustration and inconvenience.

    We have not shown evidence of the order or the refund to keep our customers information private but, please note the timelines and that refund was completed May 1st.
