    Please
    accept our sincerest apologies for the ongoing frustration regarding the return
    of your vintage timepiece. We understand the importance of your watch and
    regret any inconvenience the delay has caused.
    We
    want to assure you that the request for the return was processed on June 12th.
    The watch is currently located in Switzerland, and we anticipate the return
    process will take approximately 2-3 weeks.
    As
    soon as your timepiece arrives at our Canadian office, you will receive a
    notification email from *****, which will include your tracking number.

    you for your continued patience and understanding. We value your business and
    are committed to resolving this matter as quickly as possible.

    THis Company has been sending me the same message regarding the Delivery for the pas three months but today I have recieved and email giving me the Tracking number
