    **** was very professional throughout the process and the crew came to install the windows are very sincere and professional. They did what was being promised and quoted.

    We recently had our windows and front door installed by Ambia Windows and Doors, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial quote to the final installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. We worked directly with the owner, ****, who was a pleasure to deal with — approachable, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout. He was always available to answer our questions and provided prompt updates and revisions to our quote as needed. His installation team reflected the same professionalism and courtesy. The workmanship is excellent, and we are very pleased with the final results. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service.

    Ambia’s after-sale service is also first rate. Two years after installation, our screen doors need some adjustment and new draft stopper after frequent daily use. **** sent in a service technician to do the adjustment and install a new draft stopper without charge even though the contract indicates one-year warranty for parts. Ambia’s customer service is above expectation. That is another reason that I will recommend Ambia Windows and Doors to anyone who needs new windows and doors. ****'s service is excellent.

    We recently had all our front windows replaced by Ambia Windows and Doors, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience! From start to finish, **** and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, skilful, and respectful.
    **** in particular went above and beyond. He was always available to answer our questions, responding quickly to every email and making sure we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. His attention to detail and genuine care for the project really stood out.
