      I had brought my 2009 Kawasaki ninja 250r special addition to this shop both my fairings came back incredibly damaged they tried using it in a box refuse to repair it I spoke with the owner today and he keeps refusing June 11th 2024 I originally paid on the June 7th 2024 and noticed these issues I waited to bring it up with the owner and nothing has changed they had also tried to charge me for a safety inspection that could not be preformed as the turn signal the service I had brought it in for was not complete

      1. We waived the cost of the safety because of the customers position, therefore, he didn't pay for a safety.

      2. The motorcycle had been in an accident and dropped. Damage was apparent

      3. The customer was missing the proper hardware for his fairings, and used improper hardware that damaged the mounting points on the fairings. The damage was not due to us, but because the customer used improper hardware causing the plastics to damage. Furthermore, in a meeting with the customer and his father, both the father and customer agreed that ********************** WAS NOT responsible for the fairings, but then the customer later on changed his mind AGAIN

      4. Customer was also refunded labour charges for electrical diagnostics that were done.

      5. Customer would come into the shop and threaten legal action prior to our arrangement, we then spoke about the issue on the phone and then the customer was okay with the no charge safety and no charge diagnostics, and agreed that RMS was not responsible for the damaged fairings, and then same day comes into the shop threatening legal action again.

      I am rejecting this response because: as seen in the pictures sent you can find the fairings intact as I had sent these pictures to my friend who is also a mechanic for many many years longer than I have been alive so I was asking where the relays where and in looking to find the relays these pictures where taken which show intact in at least 4 spots which are now broken intact fairings
