      Splendid Cleaning, they are not.After numerous tries to get it right, letting small things slide, speaking with the staff, speaking with the owner, emailing, sending photos, it all came down to customer ********** Staff lie to cover their performance - I have security cameras in my home, so conversations are recorded. At no point have I been rude or mean to the staff. In fact, when addressing them on site, I assured them I was not complaining about them, just the rules of service they have to adhere to.2) Terrible customer feedback/support - Dismissive and blaming me. Countered my complaints with "photos of their own" which were not at all what I sent or related to the concerns I had expressed.- I was met with defensiveness and indirect accusations that I sent staged photos ( he said it was because it happened to him in the past) - Claims I am the only customer to have so many complaints, and that none of the girls want to come back, and that I have had issues since day one. YES - yes I have. * Missed counters not wiped, flower and butter still all over * Actual dirt still on the floor by the back door. I have pets.* Poor dusting, literally only going as far as the duster goes and moving nothing.* High traffic spots not wiped (not included)* Emptying trash (not included)* Cleaning under bath mat (not included)* Collecting obvious trash, candy wrapper, empty kd box etc. (Not included)* Kitchen cupboard external - light wipe only (Spots or stuck stuff not included)* Putting things back - bottles, bathroom scale etc. (Not included)* Spills or splash marks randomly noticable (Not included)At no time did I beg for refunds or discounts. I just wanted the Basic clean to be done well. All issues were minor overall, but frustrating how much is Not Included.At least detail the services better at the start.No in home estimate, no agreement of services, no expectations laid out and terrible attitude for service leads to a one star.Sad experience.
