We have been engaged with Safari RV since they sold our RV on 11 March according to the bill of sale. They have not sent our money or offered to give the ***** for the sale of our trailer. We have a number of emails in an email trail as proof. We want our money for the sale of our trailer. They owe us *****.They will not tell us if our cheque is in the mail and they will not allow us to come in for the *****. We have given both options. We just want our money from the sale. They have made the sale and have the money as they provided the bill of ******* we are not sure how a business can hold onto the money owed for nearly one month.

We hired Safari RV to perform a warranty repair to replace the hot water tank, grey tank, black tank and USB port on our Fifth Wheel. Our trailer was picked up by Safari RV on November 1 and repairs were completed the following week. On November 8, Safari RV delivered our trailer back to us and upon arrival we noticed that our spare tire was gone, it's attachment was missing as well as a missing bumper cap. We told the delivery guy who reached out to the dealership and denied firmly that there was ever a spare tire on the camper. We informed them that we take pictures and videos of our ** before servicing and could provide a video of our camper being hauled away with the spare tire attached to the *** They quickly changed position to informed us that they were not responsible for the item since they did not service it. I disagree with their position. Safari RV confirmed that our spare tire, it's attachment and security pins were lost in transit. As our trailer was damaged in transit while attached to their truck, the dealer should offer to replace the missing parts. It is their responsibility for inspecting their cargo before transiting. In addition to this matter, the repairs on the ** are questionable. Our ** was deliverable with an open belly pan, unsecured gas line and several screws missing. This should of not past safety standards/check list before delivery. It is also very alarming that our trailer went through a bumpy ride with a missing spare tire/attachment/loose gas line and unsecured belly pan. We ask Safari RV to firstly provide us with an invoice detailing work that took place, replace missing/damaged parts, confirm repairs were done up to code, come back to finish securing loose gas line and replace all missing screws and finally warranty their repairs for a year to allow us to confirm their operationality on camping season opening in May 2025. Once we can finally find common grounds and an invoice is provided, I will pay my balance of 500$
