      Im a truck driver. I ordered the redgefit so that i can exercise while I am on rhe road. Its been 5 days and i haven't received my order. I was told that there had been a fraud alert plced on my shipment. I called my bank and i was told that my payment was processed on the day of the purchase. Why are they placing fraud alerts on my shipment? I contacted redge fit and told them thai they have until the end of the week to ship my equipment or i will plce a complaint with the federal government. Either they ship my equipment or i get a full refund.

      The idea behind this is good but the reliability of it *****. 3 days into it the bands started to snap. I got a hold of customer service and they sent "improved" bands that snapped after 2 days. This time I almost got snapped in the face. The customer support answer is to send me more bands or a refund. They don't seem to care about the safety aspect of this poor design of the bands. Nobody to talk to on the phone because they are to special to talk to the customers directly on the phone.

      Ordered product on the 23rd of Oct. It left Nevada and on its way to Washington. On 24th it was in Oregon. On 28th back in Nevada and still there as of the 3rd of Nov. Product was 3day shipping. When trying to contact them, they give you a 24hr number that refers you to an email. Email is never answered. Message on phone is always "We are unavailable to answer your call. Please email us." ***** sates the shipper is the only one to file the claim. Until then there is nothing ***** can do for me. I even asked for the Redges Fit to contact me. The only notification is the tracking number and that it was shipped. Which I know.

      Our warehouse team confirmed that the customer's shipment for the Redge Portable Gym Machine 6 BANDS was lost in transit as the tracking number online is not updated. The package was picked up by our shipping partner but we are not able to track it on our end. We have already interacted with the customer via Paypal and a re-shipment of the customer's order was already sent and the customer confirmed that he have already received it via Fedex (tracking number:**********************) last Friday 11/10/23 at 12:06 PM.

      Redgefit sent me the wrong item and I threw the original box away.there was no paperwork in the box
      redge fit still has not corrected the problem and is counting on me to prove the wrong item was sent.This is patently unfair.They made no arrangements to accept a return of the wrong item.Their customer service is abhorrent and I still don't have my product or a refund
      Redge fit could have contacted ******* ******* data and look at the picture of both packages
      The packages should be identical because both are redgefit bars.one is in a box and the other is in a long plastic bag.This has been a terrible experience and I'm still working on it.I want people to know how thus company treated me when they sent the wrong item.Once this is resolved that will be the end of redgefit for me.

      Took over a month to get my product, broke on the first try. Waste of time, money, and stress. Have tried to request a refund for over 2 weeks, their phone line is conveniently not working so I can only rely on email...

      Didn't deserve any star rating but had to give 1 star. Horrible company! Horrible customer service! All your "reviews" must be fake. Product received incomplete, arrived in a plain cardboard box unlike your website. Was already assembled. This very well must have been a used or returned gym. Redgefit makes it almost impossible to take advantage of their "30 money back guarantee". It was tracked and received 5 days ago. They have not responded to my emails since. Everything about this company is fake. Fake phone, just recording, no one will ever answer. Fake guarantee. Fake reviews. They don't even have a chat service though it "appears" as they do. Company with only 5 employees? Impossible return requirements! How can they have tens of thousands of happy customers in world wide with all of these negatives, an F rating and not BBB accredited? They should be prosecuted and shut down! Disgusting!!!
