    Terrible communication about outage. I have small children at home and was informed about an outage occurring on March 7th. My wife left with the kids that day. The work to be completed on the outage was not completed. There was a rain check date scheduled for March 8 due to inclement weather (the 7th was a beautiful day plus 3 degrees) there was ZERO communication that the work wasn’t completed on the 7th and needed to be completed on the 8th. My wife was home on the 8th with both kids (both are under 3) and the power goes out. No communion from
    Bluewater power about this outage.
    A complete nuisance. I called to complain and all that was said to me was “we’re sorry we missed something on our end” No offer of compensation. They obviously don’t care. A complete chaotic morning for my wife, which could have been completely avoided with some simple communication. Dan D***** was useless when rendering a solution to his company’s failure to their customers.
