    ******* Fitness offers online fitness program. I subscribed to it, but they offer no content. The website content has not been updated since June 2022. They have a ******** page but it has not been updated since 2022 either. I have called 4 different phone numbers multiple times and emailed 2 different account associated with the online training and nobody replies and none of the phone numbers are answered or allow voice mails. The service has obviously been shut down and or a scam, but the website and payment has not.

    Hello, I am just seeing this for the first time. I have not received any contact about this matter before this email. Im sorry to hear of the discrepancy. The online portion of the website was never complete. We would be more then happy to return any payment that *** have been made. But we will need to see proof of payment. As for my understanding we do not have a bank account attached to that portion of our website. So I'm not sure how a payment could have been processed. But we'd be happy to reimburse if I am incorrect. 

    Please follow up with the proof of payment so we can help resolve this issue...

    **********;has been alerted to this previously as well has been provided the email chain for order and processing goes through ***** O2Fuel email. He is now offering to provide me with online training, which is strange because he has stated to the BBB that the online portion was never completed. I still want a full refund as well the website for processing payment should be shut down to avoid others getting scammed.

    Are there any updates on this or response back from O2Fuel as to why they are collecting payments for a service that does not exist and a refund? **** from O2fuel is saying the service doesn't exist and ***** is taking payment and saying it does??

    I am rejecting this response because: I have provided to BBB the email order confirmation sent from ***** at O2Fuel, I have provided the credit card statement to BBB where the funds were taken from my credit card for the first month payment and still they are refusing to refund the payment for the service that does not exist. If proof of purchase is not enough proof, I am not sure what else there is to provide.

    On December 8th, we sent an etransfer to the email of **************. I had personally asked ************** if this was acceptable to which he responded yes.

    Attached is a screen shot of the etransfer where ************* has auto deposit. And has received his refund. This matter should now be closed as we have refunded ************** in the manner he agreed upon.

    O2Fuel has refunded the money and I consider my portion of this closed. I am concerned with other people getting scammed as well as the payment website is still active allowing people to sign up and pay for services that are not available.
