On January 24 we made an appointment to have our 2009 ***** Silverado windows tinted We picked the vehicle up that night and it was dark the next day in the daylight, we noticed that there was a lot of dirt stuck behind the window tint also a lot of water, causing the windows to look distorted when you look through them also on the back wind window, parts of the tint were not stuck to the glass We returned to the store that day January 25 and showed them the problems. The store owner said they werent problems and if there were any problems to come back in 30 days we told him that the distortion and the dirt behind the tint are definitely not right and needed to be fixed also on the back window where the tint wasnt even stuck to the glass, he begin to yell and scream at us saying we didnt know anything because we hadnt tinted windows for 20 years like him, and he told us to f*** off This is very unacceptable behavior. *** never made a complaint before, but this is not the kind of way you should treat a customer when youve obviously done poor quality work. I just want the tint fixed properly.

Ok first of all I dealt with *****, he said it was his Truck and he paid. When he came to bring the water bubbles to my attention I was telling him how they would go away and the tint that wasn`t sticking I pressed back down. Because of the paint around the windows sometimes the tint does`t stick. I was telling him how the water bubbles are very common especially in the cold when all of a sudden I assume it was **** came around the front of the truck getting all up in my space telling me I did a s*** job and telling me how water shouldn`t be undet the tint. **** went on to tell me how he was an expericed tinter from ****. I mentioned water would evaporate in time as it gets warmer. He proceeded to tell me I didn`t know what I was talking about that water can`t get through plastic and I must be stupid to think he could fall for that line. Apparantly when he tinted over 30 years ago he was never informed that tint has pores and water evaporates. He was very insistent on this matter. I turned to ***** whom I had dealt with and was paid by and said don`t worry man I will take care of you and yes I walked away. This is when **** insisted on complaining. I said I would take care of everything when the tint cured. He then kept up and followed me into my shop where I said I told ***** not to worry I would take care of all his concerns, which apparently wasn`t good enough for **** and he kept up, In my eyes I had taken care of the situation with ***** and I said come back in 30 days and don`t bring your friend or I would have anything to do with him. Yes I told him where to go and even gave him 5 seconds to leave. I would like to know who complaining as it starts of with ``our`` to ``we` The mistake is I didn`t talk to ***** like that as he was very understanding. I did say I would fix anything if it hadn`t cleared up. **** was acting as if I was suppose to jump on the repair right then and there. However his knowledge of tint is similar to his knowledge of my schedule and the 30 days was an honest reply. By then the ``distortion`` from the water will have gone away and I would be able to address the dirt under the tint on a vehilce that would not pass a saftety for all the rust on it. I am not judging just making a statement that the truck is older and has dirt everywhere. I stand behind my work and my word. I told him 30 days and I meant it. I also meant if **** came back I wouldn`t deal with him as he was aggressive to me first. Sorry if I don`t run my business where I let people come in and don`t treat me with respect. As menitoned I had already told ***** the water would go away and if there was a problem I would gladly fix it, at this point is  when **** came and started with the attitude telling me how he was a tinter and knows everthing. So yes in the 30 days ***** is more than welcome to come back and discuss things without ****. Now that it is in writting and the big bad BBB knows I don`t want **** in my business.

If the BBB comes back saying I can`t say what I have said then there is nothing I can do as I am just covering myself the way a customer is allowed to.

thx for bringing this issue to my attention and as I told ************ would fix things. Apparently **** didn`t hear that

I am rejecting this response because:
The statements, the business owner made about me. Being aggressive are complete lie and fabrication. Its upsetting. He completely refused to do anything about the dirt under the tent, and the water left behind the tent, which distort the field of view, which makes it unsafe to drive the vehicle. I did enjoy the fiction that he put in his statement the only aggressive person in The whole interaction was the owner. I spoke to who slammed doors and screamed at me for asking him to repair the obviously subpar job. its obvious to me that he was trying to bully my son, and wouldnt listen to any concerns we had, and just brush them off. For instance, the tint not stuck down the water behind the tent, causing it to bubble up the dirt and debris stuck under the tint it is common knowledge that youre supposed to squeegee all the water Out from under the tint. Also, you clean the windows first to make sure theres no debris and dirt underneath the tint when you put it down and last, but not least you make sure the tint is stuck to the glass not hanging off the glass.
    Sincerely,

I am confused how he is rejecting my response. He makes no sense. He even said in his first complaint I said to come back in 30 days and I would fix it. as per the BBB letter asking him what is the desired settlement  his response was repair. And like I said and supported by him in his statement is I would repair it in 30 days. He is still complaining. This coming from someone who stated he doesn't compain. Hmmmmmm does he listen or read. I said I would stand behind it and repair it. I said it from day 1. then he went on a tirade. So again I will say I WILL REPAIR IT,  now in 14  days or whatever and I also stand behind my statement that **** is not allowed into my shop. Pretty simple stuff
