    The date of the transaction was on December 19th, 2023. The company failed to update my information on file, as I had not been there for a couple of years and was just wanting to finish treatments that were previously paid for. I did not receive the receipt by email, nor did they go over refund policies at the time of purchase. I called on January 25th, 2024 asking for the receipt, as I had not received it, and also stating that I wanted a refund as I felt pressured to make that $791.00. I also stated that I did not feel comfortable going back there as I indicated prior to treatment because it was a new person, not to do laser treatments on moles, they did, which is unsafe. In calling the company on January 25th, they regretted to do anything about the issues at hand, nor wanted to do a refund. I have yet to hear from them and today is February 12th, 2024. I do not feel comfortable going back there, as I feel pressured that they want to sell you expensive services you dont need and it is not safe if the procedures cause unnecessary bleeding on moles - that could in the future cause further skin issues or cancer. Also, it is poor business practice for a company not to reach out in a timely matter about these issues and processing a refund.

    We are sorry to hear about this misunderstanding. Upon further investigation, we can see that on December 19th, 2023 you did purchase a package for a type of treatment you have received several times over. This was a special promotional price going at the time and your total came to $791 after tax. We treated you on December 19th and January 16th for this same type of treatment. You called us over a week after seeing us and over a month after the initial purchase asking for your money back. The manager explained that we do not issue cash returns as per our policy, but we would allow you to use the funds for different services or products. It is at this time that you explained you are simply needing money back regardless of our policies, due to some financial hardships. We do want to show you compassion, but we must also operate within our business policies. We will issue you a refund for 50% of your purchase or we can allow you to use the entire credit of $791 as a gift card. We wish you all the best and please let us know how you would like to proceed.
