    I brought a ******** phone in with a broken screen and asked if he could repair my phone in a timely fashion as it's primary use is for work, or if he had any recommendations of another place to take it. They said they could have it done within two days. (Wednesday night to Friday).I provided them with my number, and was promised my first callback when it was done. I received no call back, and followed up on Friday. He claimed the part wasnt in and he'd call me Monday. I again, received no callback on Monday. So I called Monday morning. I was told the part was in, and he'd call me around 2 when my phone was done. I received no callback between 2pm to 4pm. I followed up again and was told that my phone was ready. I made a second visit to the store, only to find out my phone was infact, not ready. The story he gave me was endlessly difficult, but amounted to the following; my phone no longer worked at all. he admitted that he ordered the wrong screen...knowingly, for whatever reason, and he'd order the right part if I gave him another chance. I was promised it'd be done this Friday, (now Sunday), and he's yet again fell short. Since then, he's failed to give me another three callbacks, asked that I contact him on his personal phone instead, and has now since completely ghosted me.

    The date of the transaction was October 11th. I paid $192 for my back glass on my iPhone 12 to be replaced. They told me it would take 2 hours to repair. I come back to find the glass replaced but my *** card was now not working. The *** card had no problems before. They offered for me to trade in my phone for a brand new apple phone for a sum of money. That phone was not a genuine apple product. I chose to leave my phone there so they could repair it. They informed me that the technician damaged parts when he replaced the back glass and they would need to be replaced. I waited for 3 days for these parts to come in. My phone was finally repaired after 5 days total. When they promised 2 hours. 6 months later my phone says the battery is not a genuine apple product. My phone will go from 60-70% to 10% and will shut down. I had my phone quoted by another store and it would take $350 to repair the phone and it would take 2weeks. At this point the technician at this store recommended to buy a new phone. Mobile kare damaged my phone even further and did not offer any compensation. I have to buy a new phone now because they damaged it and they wasted my time. Phone repairs should not be trusted here. The customer service was horrible, they tried scamming me into a fake apple phone. Every time I called they would answer my question and immediately hang up. I am never going to this business again. No one in the sarnia area should trust their phone at this establishment.

    The company has not had any contact with me since the incident. The company has also not made any efforts to provide any settlement. I would like a refund for the 192$ at the bare minimum. If possible I would also like compensation for the damages to my phone. I bought my phone brand new 2 years ago for $1000, an Iphone 12 is now worth $400. My phone is now useless and I need to buy another phone because of the damages. Extra compensation would be greatly appreciated and provide satisfaction to me.
