    Specifically hired ****************, Champion Co. May, 28/23 to move my small 2-bedroom apt. belongings into 8 wide x 8.5 high x 20 long storage container, {Portable Storage (Portable S)} located 50ft outside my apt. level ground floor. He committed, yet, was not present before/during/after moving. Two workers arrived. I requested help to roll a living room carpet (valuable) with MY "stretch & seal" to avoid damage with foot traffic. Worker refused, stating "no need" for the provided stretch/seal, rope, thick blankets, yoga mat, tape, pillows to secure my belongings. Belongings were Not stored/placed/secured. The workers hired by Champion Movers were unaware that my storage container would be transported, and basically threw my belonging in.May 30/23 I went back to my apartment to continue packing. I stood on my step ladder and saw over the mattresses-my furniture not stored/secure. I, not strong enough to fix the mess. A friend to "help" me May 31. Portable S and I had a tentative date May 31/23. I had anticipated my container would be ready to move. Portable S not able to contact me (I no longer had a landline. Portable S picked up the container before I could contact them to rearrange. Portable S brought "back" the container late afternoon, with damage to my belongings due to unprofessional storing/placement by Champion. *Transport: 6 min (3.0 km) via Indian Rd *********** 29.* Attempts to contact ****************, May 31/23. No responds to my texts. (verification)Hired another mover who took all belongings out to rearrange/store/place all furniture/belongings professionally. Used my ropes, blankets, etc. Over 8' length (8' wide, 8.5' high) regained! Precious items lost b/c of Champion lack of communication with employees. Loss of space, and limited time, - valuable belongings were thrown into a dumpster prior to hiring 2nd mover, May 1/23. Neighbours witnessed, "Disrespect to my property". Owner was irresponsible/unresponsive to resolve the misconduct. Blamed me.
