    Very poor service .
    Bought a new highlander in 2019.
    Blue tooth hands free calling has never worked .
    After 3 years and multiple services it still does not work .
    Bailey’s keep sending me home stating this time “ it is fixed”.
    Called Toyota Canada to make a complaint .
    Informed because Baileys have never put this issue on their repair invoices there must not be an issue and there is nothing they can do .
    Will never purchase from this Toyota dealer again.
    Starting to question Toyota as a whole . It is a shame they have fallen to such a low rank ! It’s even worse when your dealership is at fault and do not remedy the problem .
    Please don’t purchase from this dealer . They used to be excellent but have fallen apart with new staff .
